1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the The Backyard Beast website (“Site”) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Our Services

The Backyard Beast provides outdoor property maintenance services including, but not limited to: lawn care, pressure washing, soft washing, trash can cleaning, yard cleanups, and driveway & patio cleaning to properties in Walker, LA and surrounding areas.

All services are subject to a separate service agreement or quote acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse service to any property or individual at our discretion.

3. Quotes & Pricing

• ▶All quotes are provided in good faith based on information supplied by the customer.
• ▶Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• ▶Prices may change if the actual scope of work differs materially from what was quoted.
• ▶Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• ▶Provide accurate information about the property and service needs.
• ▶Ensure safe and unobstructed access to the property on the scheduled service date.
• ▶Secure pets indoors during service visits.
• ▶Notify us of any known hazards, underground utilities, or fragile features on the property.
• ▶Payment is due as specified in your service agreement.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a service appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or termination of recurring service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Backyard Beast carries general liability insurance. In the event of property damage caused directly by our negligence, we will work with you to make it right.

We are not responsible for pre-existing property damage, conditions not visible prior to service, or damage resulting from customer-provided inaccurate information. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of The Backyard Beast or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and its content are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Site.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Livingston Parish, Louisiana.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
